Bob’s Burgers’ & ‘Anchorman’ Actor Jay Johnston Pleads Guilty To Felony Charge Related To January 6 Capitol Siege – UpdateUPDATED with latest: Former Bob’s Burgers voice actor Jay Johnston today pleaded guilty to a federal charge stemming from his participation in the January 6 attack on the U.S. Capitol. Johnston, 55, could see a maximum sentence of five years in prison, but sentencing guidelines suggest a from eight to 14 months in prison. His sentencing is scheduled for Oct. 7.

Johnston, a former cast member of Mr. Show with Bob and David, Better Call Saul, and The Sarah Silverman Program, was dropped from Bob's Burgers in December 2021 due to his participation in the MAGA mob that stormed the Capitol that day, nearly 2 years ago.
